Travel award and application: Expired on December 30th, 2016
The conference can provide travel awards to students and faculty from developing countries to attend the conference. To be considered, please send your application to the conference committee at hct@iceporm.com and rencontres.vietnam@gmail.com. If your application is accepted you must register for the conference, pay the registration fee, and attend the conference to receive your award.
Eligibility: To be considered you must meet the following conditions:
1. You submitted an abstract and your abstract has been accepted for poster or platform presentation. You are the presenter.
2. You are coming from a developing country and currently are working or studying in a developing country.
Application: Send the following documents to the conference committee before the deadline. The title of your application email includes two parts: “travel award” and “abstract ID”, for example “travel award-1612013”.

3. A letter of recommendation: if you are a student, a letter of your supervisor is required. If you are a faculty, a letter of your department chair is sufficient.

Application process: The conference committee will review your application and let you know if your application is awarded by January 9, 2017.

Registration fee:
- Registration is required to attend the conference. A special discount rate is offered to delegates and students from developing countries. Rates are also lower for early bird registration.
- Registration fee for participants includes: pick-up service from/to Quy Nhon Airport on Tuesday March 5 or 7 and Saturday March 11, refreshments and coffee breaks; lunch during the meeting, opening reception, conference dinner, half day excursion and conference package (abstract USB, bag, program book, etc.)
- Fee for accompanying members includes: pick-up service from/to Quy Nhon Airport on Tuesday March 5 or 7 and Saturday March 11, opening reception, conference dinner, half day excursion, and a city tour. Lunch is not included.
